M9 Trade-In Program

Trade in your existing M8 or M8.2 towards the purchase of a new M9. We will give you 80% of the market value for your M8 or M8.2 camera so you can quickly and easily trade up to an M9.

Q. Why 80%?

A. After we give you credit, we still need to be able to sell your camera. This takes time and effort. Additionally, we are assuming the risk of not selling it, or selling it for below what we expected. So, we feel that a 20% fee to cover our cost and mitigate our risk is more than fair.

Q. What is the market value of the M8 or M8.2?

A. As of this writing, the market value of a good condition M8 with all original packaging and materials is about $2,500. An M8.2 in the same condition goes for about $3,700. This means that we can offer about $2,000 in trade-in value for an M8 and about $3,000 for an M8.2.

Q. When will the M9 cameras be shipping?

A. We received our first batch of M9 cameras in the third week of September 2009. This shipment was extemely small, but subsequent expected deliveries will allow us to fill orders in a reasonable mount of time. For an up-to-date estimate, please call or email.
